Flat shipping rate of $10.00 to Continental USA

Free shipping on orders of $100 and more to Continental USA.  Clients in Canada, please visit www.robokidshop.ca.

Packages to Continental USA are sent by FedEx Ground, other territories are shipped by FedEx Express – a tracking # will be emailed upon dispatch

Shipments take 3 – 10 days within Continental USA

Customers located outside of USA are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, if applicable

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or any other delay or additional fees when shipping outside of USA

RETURNS

Please note that all SALE items are “final sale” and cannot be returned

For all other items, you may request to return no later than 10 days upon reception of your parcel 

To return an item, log into your account on www.robokidshop.com and follow the instructions to Request a Return.

All Return Requests respecting the above will be approved

You will receive a confirmation email containing a prepaid return shipping label – please read and follow the return shipping instructions.

Once we receive the item(s), we will refund your credit card the full purchase price, less the original cost of shipping.

Please note that only items purchased from our website may be returned this way. 

If you purchased an item somewhere other than robokidshop.com, please contact the store and follow their return procedures.
