Shipping & Returns
USA SHIPPING POLICY
- Flat shipping rate of $10.00 to Continental USA.
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more to Continental USA.
- Please expect delivery 3 to 10 days from time of order.
- Packages to Continental USA are sent by FedEx, other USA territories are sent by USPS. A tracking # will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order.
- If your order is urgent, please contact us at robokidshop.com before placing your order and we can offer you faster shipping options, for an added fee.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.
- Should you experience any shipping issues, please contact the shipping company.
- All SALE items are “final sale” and cannot be returned.
- For all other items, you may request a return no later than 10 days upon receipt of your parcel.
- To return an item:
- log into your account on robokidshop.com and follow the instructions on Request a Return.
- You will receive a confirmation email containing a prepaid return shipping label – please read and follow the return shipping instructions.
- Once we receive the item(s), we will refund your credit card as follows:
- If your original order was under $100, we refund the purchase price, less a $10 return shipping fee.
- If your original order was over $100 and your return lowers it to below $100, we refund the purchase price, less a $10 return shipping fee, as well as an additional $10 shipping fee, for a total return fee of $20.
- Please note that only items purchased from our website may be returned this way. If you purchased an item somewhere other than robokidshop.com, please contact the store and follow their return procedures.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS - OUTSIDE USA
- The shipping rate for deliveries outside the USA is $50.
- Duties are the buyer's responsibility.
- All orders shipped outside the USA are "final sale", and cannot be returned.
- All orders are subject to availability. If you have ordered an item which is not available, we will contact you by email to propose a replacement.
- If you do not respond in three business days, we will ship your order and refund the amount of the missing item(s) to your credit card.
- Note that the refund may take approximately 7 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
- We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time.
