SHIPPING & RETURNS
During the Canada Post strike, we are using FedEx for deliveries.
We sincerely apologize, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we may sometimes need to cancel an order after it has been placed if transportation fees become unreasonably high.
- Flat rate of $10.00 to Canada and the continental USA
- Free delivery on orders of $100 and more to Canada and the continental USA
- Please expect delivery within 5 days, in Canada and the continental USA
- Packages are sent by FedEx Ground or Canada Post, other territories are shipped by FedEx Express – a tracking # will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order
- If your package is urgent, please contact us at info@creationsrobo.com before placing your order and we can offer you faster delivery options, for an additional fee
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an address for delivery where someone will be available to receive the parcel
- Should you experience any delivery issues, please contact the courier service
PICK UP YOUR ORDER
- Pick up at our office is free of charge
- You can pick up your order at our Montreal office: 1205 de Louvain West, Montréal, QC, H4N 1G6
- Our office is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you wish to pick up your parcel outside of these hours, please contact us at info@creationsrobo.com
- You will receive an email when your order is ready. The status of your order will then show "Awaiting Pick Up".
- Please expect 2-3 days for this process
- If your order is urgent, please contact us at info@creationsrobo.com before placing your order
- When picking up your order, you will need to present proof of your order – on paper or on your phone
RETURNS
- Please note that all SALE items are “final sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged
- For all other items, you may ask for a Return Authorization no later than 10 days after receipt of your parcel
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. To receive a different item, please place a new order. The original item must be returned by mail at your expense ($10.00).
- How to return an item:
- Log into your account on Robokidshop.com and follow the instructions in the Request a Return tab
- You will receive a confirmation email containing a prepaid return label – please read and follow the instructions for return
- Note that there is a $10 shipping charge for returns
- Once we receive the item(s), we will refund your credit card as follows:
- If your original order was under $100, we refund the purchase price, less the $10 return fee.
- If your original order was over $100 and the return lowers it to below $100, we refund the purchase price less the $10 return fee, as well as $10 for original shipping fee, for a total fee of $20.
- Items MUST be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging, or they will not be refunded
- Please note that only items purchased from our website may be returned to robokidshop.com. If you purchased an item somewhere other than robokidshop.com, you will need to contact that store and follow their return procedures.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who have been flagged for excessive returns
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
- All orders are subject to availability. If you have ordered an item which is not available, we will contact you by email to propose a replacement. If you do not respond in three business days, we will ship your order and refund directly to your credit card the amount of the missing item(s). Note that the refund may take approximately 7 business days to appear on your credit card statement
- We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time
