  • Free shipping on orders of $100 and more to Canada
  • Please expect delivery 3 – 10 days within Canada
  • Packages are sent by FedEx Ground or Canada Post, other territories are shipped by FedEx Express – a tracking # will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order
  • If your package is urgent, please contact us at before placing your order and we will be able to offer you faster delivery options, for an added fee


  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the parcel
  • Should you experience any delivery issues, please contact the courier service


  • Free of charge for pick up at our office
  • You can pick up your order at our Montreal's office: 1205 de Louvain West, Montréal, QC, H4N 1G6
  • Our office is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  • You will receive an email when your order is ready. The status of your order will then show "Awaiting Pick Up"
  • Please expect 3 to 10 working days for this process
  • If your order is urgent, please contact us at before placing your order
  • When picking up your order, you will need to present proof of order – on paper or on your phone


  • Please note that all SALE items are “final sale” and cannot be returned nor exchanged
  • For all other items, you may request to return no later than 10 days after receipt of your parcel
  • How to return an item:
    • log into your account on and follow the instructions on Request a Return
    • You will receive a confirmation email containing a prepaid return label – please read and follow the return shipping instructions
    • Once we receive the item(s), we will refund your credit card as follows:
      • If your original order was under $100, we refund the purchase price, less a $10 return fee for shipping
      • If your original order was over $100 and the return lowers it to below $100, we refund the purchase price of the products, less a $10 return fee for shipping, as well as an additional $10 fee for orders below $100, for a total return fee of $20
  • Please note that only items purchased from our website may be returned this way.  If you purchased an item somewhere other than this website, you will need to contact the store where the item was purchased, and follow their return procedures. Items must be returned in their original condition
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who have been flagged for excessive returns
  • All orders are subject to availability. If you have ordered an item which is not available, we will contact you by email to propose a replacement. If you do not respond in three business days, we will ship your order and refund the amount of the missing item(s) to your credit card. Note that the refund may take approximately 7 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
